Modular Conductor Design
·2 pairs(Unit A) of tinned copper wire (7/0.135±0.008 mm) with insulation layer of foamed PE provides low signal loss and high flexibility for high-speed data transmission. This color-coded pairs (Yellow/Blue, Orange/Purple) simplify installation and ease phase identification.
·1 pair (Unit B) of tinned copper wire (7/0.127±0.008 mm) with insulated HDPE optimizes space-efficient single-pair signal links and the color-coded pair (White/Green) ease circuit tracing.
·2 pairs (Unit C)of tinned copper wire (7/0.25±0.008 mm) with insulated HDPE is designed for superior power transmission and mechanical resilience and they are colored in Red/Black to have clearly polar identity.
l An outer Al/Mylar tape shield (≥25% overlap) is separated by hot-melted Mylar tape (≥25% overlap)to block EMI/RFI and prevent cross-talk between channels and couples with a tinned copper braid (80% coverage) to consist a dual-layer defense against extreme interference in noisy environments.

A heavy-duty PVC jacket (0.40 mm thickness, 5.20±0.15 mm OD) offers superior resistance to abrasion, oil, and temperature. Made by a semi-tubing extrusion process , this reinforced cool-gray sheath enable to enhance durability and provide a professional appearance.
