foamed PE insulation of standard 0.20 mm thickness with a specified outer diameter of 0.85±0.03 mm ensures minimized signal loss and high-frequency transmission and its color-coded cross-section simplifies installation and ease phase identification.
Al/Mylar tape shield (25% overlap)with a tinned copper wire braid (16/5/0.10±0.008 mm, 55% coverage ) creates a dual-layers protection from electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) , enabling reliable signal integrity in noisy environments.
A LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket of standard 0.45 mm thickness with an outer diameter of 5.20±0.20 mm is flame-retardant with minimal smoke and toxic fumes in case of fire and resists abrasion, UV radiation, and temperature fluctuations as well. It is available in multiple RAL-coded colors (Yellow, Blue, Red, Green, Gray, Black, White, Purple) to simplify circuit identification and site safety management.
