4 pairs of bare copper wire (7/0.16±0.008 mm) provide excellent electrical conductivity, low signal attenuation and mechanical flexibility to ensure reliable power and data transfer.
Foamed PE insulation of standard 0.25 mm thickness with a specified outer diameter of 1.03±0.05 mm enable to minimize signal loss and support high-frequency transmission and its color-coded cross-section simplifies installation and ease phase identification .
Al/Mylar tape of 100% coverage with a tinned copper wire braid (16/8/0.10±0.008 mm, 65% coverage) creates a dual-layers protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) to gain superior signal integrity in noisy environments.
A heavy-duty PVC jacket of standard 0.90 mm thickness with an outer diameter of 7.1±0.20 mm offers superior resistance to abrasion, oil and temperature fluctuations and this sheath in dual color of black and purple ensures easy circuit identification.
