· 1 pair (Unit B )of tinned copper wire (7/0.05±0.008 mm) with HDPE insulation optimizes single-pair signal links in space-constrained scenario.
· 4 cores (Unit B)of tinned copper wire (7/0.06±0.008 mm) with reinforced 150D nylon layer plus HDPE insulation provide enhanced mechanical strength for power and signal circuits.
Al/Mylar tape (15% overlap), separated by hot-melted Mylar tape (15% overlap), blocks EMI/RFI and prevents cross-talk between channels.
an outer hot-melted Al/Mylar tape shield (≥25% overlap) with a tinned copper braid(90% coverage) creates a dual-layers defense against extreme interference.
HDPE insulation (0.11–0.14 mm thickness) provides reliable electrical isolation, low signal loss, and resistance to moisture.
A durable TPU jacket (0.30 mm thickness, 4.20±0.10 mm OD) delivers superior resistance to abrasion, oil, and temperature fluctuation and this black sheath provide a professional appearance.
Tinned copper drain wires and nylon fillers ensure electrical connectivity, mechanical stability, and stress relief in dynamic installations.
