This is a finished drag chain CAT5E network cable constructed with 26AWG bare copper conductors (19/0.10B) and reinforced with 250D nylon yarn. It adopts a composite structure: 26AWG × 2 twisted pairs + 22AWG × 2 cores, with cotton filling, aluminum foil Mylar tape and tinned copper braided shielding. The cable is sheathed in black PVC with an outer diameter of 6.0mm, specially designed for high-flex drag chain applications.
Built-in 250D high-strength nylon yarn and cotton filling provide excellent tensile and bending resistance.
High-purity bare copper conductors ensure stable signal transmission and low attenuation.
Aluminum foil + braid dual shielding effectively resists electromagnetic interference and crosstalk.
Composite power-signal structure supports both network data and power supply transmission.
Black PVC jacket is flexible, wear-resistant and aging-resistant for long-term drag chain use.
Reasonable outer diameter and round structure ensure smooth movement in drag chains
