This is a finished automotive sensor cable constructed with tinned flexible copper conductors. It consists of two twisted pairs of 20AWG (28/0.15T), two cores of 14AWG (141/0.15T), and whitened non-woven fabric as filling material. The cable adopts XLPE insulation and silver-gray TPU outer sheath, with an outer diameter of 10.90mm.
Composite structure integrates high-current 14AWG power cores and 20AWG signal pairs, realizing power and signal integrated transmission.
Tinned flexible copper conductors feature excellent conductivity, flexibility, corrosion resistance and bending fatigue resistance.
Whitened non-woven fabric filling ensures roundness, flexibility and structural stability of the cable.
Silver-gray TPU jacket provides outstanding oil resistance, wear resistance, aging resistance and adaptability to harsh automotive environments.
Reasonable outer diameter design ensures easy routing, installation and connector assembly.
