This is a finished automotive-grade sensor cable made of 20AWG bare copper conductors, with a construction of 14/0.08 stranded conductors plus 1/200D aramid yarn strength member. It contains two twisted pairs: brown/red and white/black. XLPE is used for insulation, with a black TPU outer sheath . The cable has an outer diameter of 8.0±0.2 mm. It features high mechanical strength and stable electrical performance for automotive sensor systems.
Built‑in high‑strength aramid yarn provides excellent tensile resistance and anti‑breakage performance.
20AWG bare copper conductors ensure stable signal transmission and low resistance.
XLPE insulation offers high heat resistance, aging resistance and reliable electrical insulation.
