This is a finished automotive sensor cable made of tinned flexible copper conductors. It consists of 20AWG wiring: one pair of 64/0.10T conductors and two cores of 7/46/0.10T conductors, with XLPE insulation and black TPU outer sheath. The outer diameter is 9.2±0.20mm.
Tinned flexible copper conductors provide excellent conductivity, flexibility, corrosion resistance and anti-fatigue performance.
XLPE insulation ensures high temperature resistance, aging resistance and stable electrical insulation properties.
Black TPU jacket features high oil resistance, wear resistance, bending resistance and adaptability to harsh automotive environments.
Composite structure of 1 twisted pair + 2 cores meets the needs of simultaneous signal and power transmission.
Stable outer diameter and round structure ensure easy installation and good compatibility with connectors.
