This is a finished automotive-grade sensor cable using bare tin-copper alloy conductors, with a composite structure: 48/0.08 × 1 twisted pair (24AWG) + 99/0.08 × 2 cores + 504/0.08 × 2 cores. It adopts XLPE insulation and black TPU outer sheath (TB01), with an outer diameter of 10.20 mm.
High-quality bare tin-copper alloy conductors ensure excellent conductivity, corrosion resistance and long-term stability.
Composite multi-core structure realizes simultaneous transmission of sensor signals and high-power supply, meeting complex on-board wiring needs.
XLPE insulation provides high temperature resistance, aging resistance and reliable electrical insulation performance.
Black TPU jacket features outstanding oil resistance, wear resistance, bending resistance and adaptability to harsh automotive environments.
